This episode just proves how much Subaru as a character have grown show this to those egde lords who cannot watch rezero just because it non-shonen.

The curse scene was top good loved it The Priscilla scenes with the yang sword was pure kino and her saving subaru from demi-beasts and defeating all of them was animated beautifully .

The Felix scene was also good this just shows Felix is a character not a waifu bait.

The last scenes where subaru talks about being a knight was adapted masterfully this is what subaru have grown into not just he protects Emilia but all other people it is what makes him a goat.

From the intro scene to Subaru and what it leaves to wonder and possibly find out surrounding himself, to the way the Priscilla uses the Yang sword and how gorgeous yet simple that scene was to even Lilliana's singing...man what a great way to start the episode. Its beautiful, they just keep on elevating in specific areas where previous episodes hadn't yet touched on to really build this season along. I Iove how well they have been incorporating everything and weaving it together while also keeping the pacing of other things perfectly in tact. This season week to week proves to show why its so highly loved from a readers perspective in the Novels to why it will be dearly loved from a viewing perspective just as much.
