I wouldn't be surprised even if they win the Oscars for such a heart warming movie. It's that good! And the best part is that it's a commercial success as well and not just limited to critical acclaim.

However, the sudden exit of Batuli (Purna Bahadur's wife) feels unexplained and leaves a gap in the plot. Despite this, the film remains engaging with its relatable themes and emotional depth.

At 34 years old, his performance as a child feels awkward and unrealistic, making it difficult to take his character seriously. However, the claim that it's the best movie ever made in Nepal is overrated. As a frequent movie watcher, I believe films like Kalo Pothi and others are stronger. On an international scale, it's an average film with several shortcomings, likely earning a rating around 5.5. Still, if you're watching with family, it's definitely worth a watch.

A beautiful movie that transports you back to the Nepal of the past. The plot is set around the year 2040 B. S. and, though fictional, it resonates with the experiences and atmosphere of that era in Nepal. The entire cast delivers strong performances, with Bijay Baral shining in the lead role as Purna Bahadur. He showcases his talent in many impactful scenes, proving himself as a skilled actor. The casting deserves special appreciation for how well it complements the story.

While many viewers focus on the movie's emotional depth and perceive it as a sad film, it also contains a few well-placed comic scenes that provide some great moments of humor.

Such movie win heart of all Neplease. Story of the movie is very great. I have cried several time during the movie time . Movie's moral is what I wanted in my life. For me this movie is life changing art. This is not only the movie this is the art of actor and the directors.

Such movies are made very few in long time. I was very surprised that nepali movie can win heart of lots of foreign people and this movies prove that nepali movie industry has that power to build good story which justified and can collect love form the viewer.

The ending of the movie is very superb. I got surprised and make me feel that if this thing can happen in life than everything is possible we only have to be positive.

Masterpiece and what a movie full of story and emotion. Went to watch with my family and couldn't even blink. Recommended movie to watch with family. Never seen so much craze for movie and it's getting blockbuster response all over the world. Not a big star cast but story and acting showed why you don't even superstar for a movie to be blockbuster if the story touches audience heart. Never seen a Nepali movie with such a interesting story and full of emotions. I hope Nepali film makers will learn from it and foucs on new story and different genre film rather than copying same story, same actors.
