I thought this was a solid job for a supernatural rom/com. The plot was fresh. The cast was believable. And the script wasn't overtly cheesy. I appreciate a "love triangle" that makes me root for both sides. There was some true, star-crossed longing and yearning love going on. Humor in the right moments. For a Hallmark series, I was PLEASANTLY surprised.
Providence Falls is an absolute gem! As a die hard The Way Home fan, I was super happy to give this series a try. It did start off a bit slow for me and I wasn't sure if I'd like it. But, halfway through the first movie I was hooked and was rooting for the main characters. The cast's chemistry is amazing, drawing you deeper into their world with every episode. I absolutely love Liam, Cora, Finn, Suzette and Agaon! Hallmark, PLEASE bring this incredible cast back for more movies!

Title: An Enchanting, Addictive Gem - Hallmark at Its Absolute Best ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Providence Falls has me completely hooked - and I don't say that lightly. From the very first episode, the chemistry between the leads crackles off the screen, especially Liam, whose presence is magnetic in every scene. The dynamic between the characters is not just believable - it's downright electric, the kind of connection that stays with you long after the credits roll.
The plot is a rich blend of time travel, mysticism, romance, deep friendships, and the timeless battle of good versus evil. Hallmark has pulled together a story that manages to be heartfelt, thrilling, and mysterious all at once.
I've watched this series on Hallmark+ six times (yes, six!) and it only gets better with each viewing. The acting is several notches above what one might expect from Hallmark, with emotional beats that hit hard and performances that feel layered and authentic.
The finale can't come soon enough - and if it lives up to the incredible journey so far, this will stand as one of the most beautiful, memorable works Hallmark has ever created.

Creative story which builds.
The main characters have chemistry that builds.
A bit of a mystery with a relationship that longs for more. Time period scenes add depth.
Not the usual cookie cutter formula where even drinking coffee is obviously fake.
Hope for more!!
Feedback to Hallmark keep developing characters and refrain from a quick wrap up.
Layers of brilliance and then a bit of quick wrap up.

No, I haven't read the books this mini-series is based on, but (WOW) as a tv show, it has romance, mystery, fantasy, period piece sequences, a bit of comic relief, and even a small portion of a morality play. Hallmark pulled out all the stops on this one. So enjoyable to watch. Appealing characters, even the baddies. Great dialog, delivery, and plotting. Heartfelt and heartwarming. Six degrees of separation from Aurora Teagarden, both current and flashback. True Hallmark fans will know what I mean. Always had to laugh when Amatai Marmorstein appeared as Agon. With that sixties hairdo and mustache, all I could think of was Sonny Bono. Lol I will probably watch again, even though all the spoiler alerts are in place.
