Set in Uttarakhand; Pushkar, a postman in mid 30s finds an undelivered letter written 7 years ago. With the objective of delivering the letter to its intended recipient, he gets on his personal quest in pursuit of answers.

Pushkar Singh Bisht, 34, works as a postman in Pipalkoti, a small mountainous village in northern India. Trapped in a life he never desired; he longs to explore the world beyond the mountains of Uttarakhand. However, he struggles to speak to his parents, especially his father, to seek approval. This resentment grows, and he begins to see the mountains as a cage rather than a place of scenic beauty. His life takes a turn when he fails to trace the owner of an old undelivered letter and makes it his responsibility. He goes to great lengths to find the recipient, who left the town many years ago. Determined to deliver the letter, Pushkar seeks help from the Postmaster, who understands his personal investment in the task. As he embarks on this journey, he unravels his own emotions after reading the letter. In this personal quest, he learns about forgiveness and finally confronts his family to pursue a new path.
