Sir Walter Raleigh

The second episode of the series is about Sir Walter Raleigh... and that is the problem with it. This is supposed to be a show about the fascinating era of overseas exploration and I guess people would like to learn more about those explorers that roamed the unexplored oceans. In this episode the person that was chosen to be portrayed was actually staying back in London for most of the expeditions, while they where carried out in his name. If this is the case, then the next episodes could portray a dozen kings, queens etc. But they aren't the actual people that this show is about right? My guess would be that as this is an english production, it feels the vanity itch to show off as many english people as possible, which is a shame when there were many explorers that deserved the early episodes (Cortez and Pizzaro easily come to mind)
