When the son of a senator is found dead, Shaw and Riley investigate. They learn that the man has a wild side and a reporter is about to reveal it. He was threatening the reporter so they assume the reporter killed him. So they arrest the reporter. There's a little conflict for Baxter because he is dating the reporter's lawyer.
