Jae Min lies about working late when he sees his ex. Da On's father causes a scene for money. His coworkers gossip and upload a video. Jae Min helps the father, and after a heartfelt conversation, Da On stays and confesses her feelings.

Jae Min lies to Da On about staying late at work when he was with Su Hyeon, who wants to get back together. Da On is agitated about Su Hyeon's return, and Jae Min is visibly relieved when he hears Da On has not been contacted by him. Da On's father goes to his work place to beg him for money and he makes a big scene. All the nosy employees leave their work to watch the scene. Da On returns to work and witnesses it, so he drags his father out of there. All the employees who were earlier praising Da On are now gossiping behind his back, saying he shouldn't have lied about being rich. They also post a video of the scene on the company site. Jae Min lends Da On's father money so Da On meets him, and they have a good conversation. Jae Min explains what Su Hyeon wanted and that he scared when they met. He asks Da On to stay the night. The next morning, Da On confesses to Jae Min.
