The Alpha's Gifted Luna is very similar to the recent Stealing My Alpha's Heart but with a mostly different cast, the whole dynamic changes. Again, Eric Guilmette is the ultimate Alpha as Allen. No one does Alpha like Eric! The beautiful Mariah Moss is perfect as Olivia. The chemistry between Allen and Olivia is palpable and so incredible! Nick Ritacco as Kevin and Alexa Reddy as Mira, play the villains perfectly. Luis Lauro as Seidel, is wonderful as Allen's trusted and loyal friend and beta, who is in unrequited love with Olivia. The Alpha's Gifted Luna is the perfect mixture of action, intrigue, and romance...with a little canine humor thrown in. Sit...Stay...Enjoy!
From the opening scene to the final breathtaking reveal, The Alpha's Gifted Luna delivers a stunning and emotional ride packed with intensity, chemistry, and raw, unforgettable performances.
Nick Ritacco commands the screen as Kevin of the Ravenous Pack, bringing a deliciously dangerous edge to every scene. Mariah Moss absolutely dazzles as Olivia - a rogue on the run, a Luna by heart, and ultimately, a daughter of destiny. Her quiet strength and fierce bravery anchor the entire story with powerful emotion.
Eric Guilmette is magnetic as Alpha Allen Brandall of the Prime Pack - balancing strength, vulnerability, and searing passion with masterful control. His portrayal of a leader torn between duty and undeniable desire was truly mesmerizing. The tension and fire between Allen and Olivia were simply electric - every glance and every near-touch sparked with restrained longing, making their journey utterly captivating.
Alexa Reddy shines as Gamma Mira, creating a deliciously tense dynamic as a woman who fiercely vies for Allen's heart. The interplay between Olivia and Mira - especially in their shared gold formal dresses - was brilliant, and Olivia's black catsuit in the fight scenes was nothing short of iconic.
The transformation scenes from wolf to human were executed flawlessly, adding a layer of magic and authenticity that made the world come alive. Meanwhile, the settings - from lavish packhouses to the unforgettable pool scene - were filmed with elegance and a cinematic richness that elevated every moment.
Special praise must also go to Lius Lauro as Beta Seidel, whose comedic timing added levity and charm to the powerful trio dynamics alongside Moss and Guilmette.
The Alpha's Gifted Luna isn't just a romance or a fantasy; it's a heart-pounding, beautifully filmed story about love, loyalty, and the wild, unbreakable bonds of destiny. If you're looking for a story that will ignite your heart and leave you breathless, this is a must-watch!

The 'Alpha's Gifted Luna' (ShortMax) arrives at a time when vertical storytelling is expanding its creative ambitions. Starring Mariah Moss as the female lead & Eric Guilmette as the male lead, alongside Nick Ritacco & Alexa Reddy in antagonist roles, the series offers a polished, if somewhat familiar, narrative.
Sharing its male protagonist with the earlier 'Stealing My Alpha's Heart' series, TAGL inevitably invites comparisons. While the first one leaned heavily into tragicomedy and playful dynamics, this new adaptation opts for a more grounded, emotional drama. As a result, while it brings depth, the inevitable narrative repetition may temper the enthusiasm of returning audiences familiar with the earlier project.
The series however, remains successful within its framework. It blends drama, romance, and suspense with solid pacing and a predictable but satisfying story arc. It does not attempt to radically reinvent its genre, but within its scope it delivers a cohesive and engaging viewing experience.
The chemistry between Moss and Guilmette is evident early on, providing the emotional core that sustains the story across its episodes. Yet it is Eric Guilmette's performance that ultimately elevates the series beyond its structural limitations. Eric continues to demonstrate remarkable artistic growth with each project he undertakes. His physical expressiveness, subtle facial shifts, and vocal range add layers of complexity to a character that could have otherwise fallen into archetype. His portrayal of the Alpha figure is striking -an unprecedented emotional interpretation, a nuanced combination of strength, vulnerability, and instinct- and reflects an actor who not only masters the technical demands of the medium but also infuses every role with rare authenticity and emotional intelligence.
Overall, The Alpha's Gifted Luna may not position itself as a defining title of the year. However, the actors' contribution transform it into a work that deserves attention, offering a clear demonstration of how performance can profoundly reshape the impact of a familiar story and elevate genre storytelling -particularly within the increasingly competitive vertical format.

Eric and Mariah's chemistry was off the charts the entire time! Granted, this had a similar story line to a show Eric was in called Stealing My Alpha's Heart, but it was presented differently which made it even more interesting to me. I also loved how Nick Ritacco played an awesome antagonist. Anything where Nick Ritacco is a villain is fun, since I feel like we never get to see that side of him. It was also interesting to see Alexa Reddy as an antagonist as well. There are very few shows out there with her as a villainess. Looking forward to seeing more shows where Eric and Mariah are the FMC and MMC!
First off the entire cast was awesome. From Eric, to mariah, nick and alexa the cast is first rate. Eric rocks as the alpha as usual. Nick plays a good bad guy and alexa plays the natural bad girl wanting the alpha over any of the girls. Then mariah plays the supporting role to Allen's (eric) alpha. The scenery was beautiful as well. The fighting/action scenes are always good. Eric's series are always good and then you add in the other actors and it brings everyone's acting out very well. Go and make sure you see this series. Totally ranks up there with my favorite verticals out there and will watch again and again.
