Owned by the Billionaire Mafia King

Mark Pontarelli did an amazing job playing the conflicted mafia king, Jaxon Deverioux. He brought such depth to the character-haunted by a mistake from years past, fiercely protective of the woman he loves, yet determined to keep her at arm's length because of the guilt he carries. It was gripping to watch him battle his heart and his demons.

Sarah Lovell, played by Gabrielle Rudolph, had moments where I wanted to shake her for not listening to Jaxon, but I loved her fierce independence. She brought a necessary fire to the story, making her more than just a damsel in distress.

Jacob Kaufman (Antonio Marino) was fantastic as the mafia rival turned unexpected ally. He brought an edge to the role without overshadowing Jaxon's complexity.

I don't want to give away any spoilers, but this was a fun take on the classic vertical trope of "owned/protected by someone powerful." Definitely a must-watch if you love a mafia romance with real heart!
