Constable Kanakam

The series is about a lady constable Kanakam played by Varsha Bollamma. Kanamahalakshmi aka Kanakam joins repalle police station with a backstory of her expired mother, caring father and not so good stepmom who wishes to marry Kanakam with her brother. Kanakam'sFather encourages her to join the police on the very last day.

The story begins after Kanakam enters repalle. The characters gets established - head constable played by Rajeev Kanakala , an SI played by a new stage actor and another constable - a new comer well known person for his work in AIR we series as father of the rich kid.

Rajeev takes care of Kanakam in new place. Kanakam becomes friends with Gayathri (played a new actor). There is a president of the village played by Avasarala Srinivas garu. A wild pig hunter played by famous c/o kanacharapalem father character. Adavi gutta is a place in repalle. Females disappear after they pass adavi gutta. Gayathri also happens to be missing. Kanakam works on this case after struggling her presence in the station against the SI and another constable.

Series perfectly has a screenplay which keeps you hooked on how gayathri missed? Why females are missing ? Who is the culprit behind ? Obstacles faced by Kanakam while solving the mystery.

The man - The director- PRASHANT KUMAE stands out with his commendable work right from planning to execution of this great vision. Music Diector lends a big hand in supporting Prashant through out the series with a great music for a thriller. All the new new faces have done exceptionally well.

The ball is heavier for Prashant and team for them to reach the sky high expectations on the second season.

Constable Kanakam, starring Varsha, Rajeev Kanakala, and Avasarala Srinivas, has just six episodes but is definitely worth watching. The suspense keeps you guessing about who the real villain is, and the climax twist is truly satisfying. There's also a hint of another part with the question of Chandrika's whereabouts. Overall, it's a well-crafted series with a good story, strong direction, and a solid cast.

This mini series follows a lady constable investigating the missing girls case in a forest-side village set in the 90s. While the mystery premise initially hooks you, it quickly becomes clear that the writers are stretching things out-forcing viewers to sit through all episodes just to get to the reveal. The plot foundation feels weak, the screenplay is dragged out with too many filler scenes, and the twists are mostly silly and predictable. The "Jathara" sequences, which have now become a cliché in many South Indian films and series, add nothing new, and there are also a few illogical and overly convenient elements that weaken the narrative.

On the positive side, the acting is decent-Varsha Bolamma does well in the lead, with Rajeev Kanakala and others delivering fine support. Production values are passable, though cinematography and music stay firmly in the "average" zone. Direction, too, sticks to a routine style with little flair. The unfinished hook at the climax left just to set up a second season feels annoying, especially since this has become a tired trope in recent content.

Overall, it's a half-baked series with poor story development and a flat climax.

This movie has a strong story content, suspense, thriller, gripping, next level excitement, and the story is really worthwhile.

Each and every character in this movie is very well defined, and the best part is the screenplay, direction, and music & background score.

In a nutshell, its a worth to watch n looking forward to watch the season 2.

The series was extremely exciting with an engaging screenplay and an incredible background music. The performances from the lead actors was so good.

Production values and costume designs added more authenticity. Cinematography and direction has to mentioned specifically for their phenomenal work and their vision.
