The Fool

This episode was like a masterpiece both soundtrack and animation-wise. They outdid their selves. But the pacing was crazy. The choice of not including the inner monologue (which is like the 90% of the first chapters) was also crazy because it helped to digest the information. This is like the definition of lore dump in every sense. I liked how kleins thoughts were so systematic and logical and its the highlight of this novel for me so not seeing them at all made sad. Crazy production tho. And definitely captivating for non watchers. I also liked how they changed some small details to make things go together more smoothly and it makes total sense. Hope this doesnt go out of bound.

I can't stop watching until the episode was over. Great animation and interesting plot. I haven't read the web story but I'll have to. I started to watch with not expectations and now I want the rest of the series to be released. I need to know what's gonna happen with all this people and what happen with the 3 pm meetings. China is doing a great job, I love the character design and the color palette use in this anime, it really deserves the attention is getting, it was so fascinating during the whole episode, it's a little longer than a Japanese one, and if you're too young perhaps don't get the intention in the story.

As someone who knows NOTHING about the novel or the story, the first episode was a bit rushed and complicated. More and more technical terms came along faster and faster, and I couldn't follow it all. So if a novel fan wants to explain the basics to me, they can add me on DC: tapuliam. I found it hard to follow the whole thing, which is a shame, because it looks really cool, and I can imagine the novel being just as good with all the depth, world-building, economic system, etc. Nevertheless, the animation and vibe were stunning. The episode felt really cinematic, and I'll definitely keep watching.

The animation and voice acting were really good, but they really rushed through the story. It's a little understandable considering that most people watching this show will be fans of the novel and already familiar with the story, but that makes the show a lot less accessible to anyone who hasn't read it. I've watched the second episode too, and it has the same problem where they speedrun the story. I still liked it tho, and will definitely watch the rest of the episodes when they come out. Also, the end song is an absolute BANGER and I will add it to my playlist when i can, because it SLAPS hard~
