ABO Desire

ABO Desire is like nothing i have ever seen and i have seen alot of movies. The cinematography, the manipulation, the drive and the genre on its own is on point.

I want to specially give praise to the actors they portray the characters so well, especially my all time favorite my master manipulator and in love king HUA YONG, steller performance i am so in love with the cast, the plot everything, thank you team Desire for creating such masterpiece.

ABO Desire is like an elegant guilty pleasure. The story is unique yet addictive-Omegaverse, MPREG, and corporate drama rolled into one. The chemistry is strong, the characters are mysterious yet deeply emotional. The visuals are beautiful, full of sharp gazes and a chilling atmosphere. The most important thing is that the actors' acting is appropriate and not awkward, especially the chemistry between the players, so it's comfortable to watch.

This is the first time i have felt truly invested in a series maybe beacuse it's my first time comming across such an idea. Hoping the chinese governent doesn't ban it completely. They have already taken it down on wetv, youku, iqiyi. Lets hope for the best, and maybe they could increase the no. Of ep. They release to 2ep. Per week.

My first BL manhwa was an omegaverse, so when I heard about this series, I didn't hesitate to start watching it right away. I'm not used to watching BL bcz I'm picky (the only one I've watched before is The Untamed), so this series is my second. I saw some people say it's cringe because of the omegaverse concepts like heats and pheromones, but honestly, that's missing the bigger picture. For long-time BL readers, especially those into omegaverse, this series is a DREAM COME TRUE-it's the first time we're seeing these stories, which were once only in novels or comics, come to life in live-action. I love everything about it!

To enjoy it you have to have a super broad mind and willingness to accept new ideas. As someone who has never read or watched any omegaverse content before, it truly is a refreshing experience to watch. A complex yet enjoyable concept. As I did not have prior knowledge about the omegaverse, I struggled a bit to understand what was going on, but as I rewatched it and read the novel, I instantly got hooked.

The locations, the sets, the costumes, the visuals - everything is over the quality. So it is such an eye-feast to watch it on the screen.

The actor who played Hua Yong is super talented. He played this cunning character so well that he certainly will be remembered for a long time.

I felt Shen Wenlang's actor could do a better job. While his expressions, body languages in terms of portraying easily annoyed, foul mouthed yet a softie on the inside - are on point. His line deliveries, however, were most of the time robotic. Perhaps it is because he was trying to tone down the intensity of the badness of the character. Since it is an ongoing drama, he still has time to prove himself.

I will give this drama a 10 for the effort and the boldness of bringing life into the story. Since the story revolves around a fictional gender system, it is bound to become controversial, face criticisms and have less viewership. Despite all this, the creators sure have poured all their passion into making the project come true.
