Sorry I'm not a member of the production team so my thoughts and opinions will be based directly on what the program delivered.
After last week's unfun episode we were owed an apology but this episode carried on the story and delivered the laughs pretty much like the rest of series 4, as if ep 4 .6 had never happened.
We got decent progress on the story and plenty of harry the alien antics, some good set ups, a boring Asta side plot we could forgive, a mercifully small tidy up of the darcy arc and then carried on as if it hadn't happened.
Sheriff Mike's arc was the key one this week and it had all the drama we needed for one episode. From reliable dismissive cop to whacky aliens guy is quite the leap and plenty to think on there. Nice twist at the end of the episode for him too.
Weirdly no more episodes listed but surely not the final of the season, although I'm ready for it to wrap up now. The risk of Girls Night and Soul Providers is just too high and unpleasant to have to wade through. The show is too erratic to invest in.
