This episode is top tier. Anyone giving it below an 8 is simply being dishonest I saw it had 9 1 star reviews, like bro are we really tryna bring down the ratings for an anime like sakamoto days. This entire part 2 has been so good so far and I hope eventually we can bring the episode ratings up to an overall of 8. Anyways as someone who hasn't read the manga, seeing what seems to be an OP character (Slurs white haired friend) get absolutely destroyed by Takamura was the coolest thing ever. This episode deserves no less than a 9.6 imo.
