Spice Up Your Life

This episode was painful to watch. Meghan mentions she once was vegan (and even complained when she married Harry that she could taste egg in the cake). In other episodes she's cooking meat like it's going out of style. Just one more example of how inauthentic this woman and her show is.

I highly question having the Shettys on this show . . . But, Chrissy Teigen was on episode 2 . . . So I guess that demonstrates they will allow morally bankrupt people on the show . . . And now someone who lied about key aspects of his person, particularly his time as a monk in India. He has plagiarized content and the multitude of inconsistencies in his stories makes me wonder how he made it on this show. Are they that desperate? Is anyone associated with the show or Netflix checking the background of the guests?

And don't get me started on the soap making portion. As someone who has made REAL soap, all they did was melt down a clear soap block, add dye, and stuff like dried flowers . . . And then let it harden. Making real soap requires lye and time. It's the equivalent of melting down a Hershey chocolate candy bar, adding something to it, and letting it re-harden and claiming you made chocolate. It's much more complicated than that.

I'm not an eater of spicy foods but I will adjust my seasoning allergies. No paprika for me.

I love how Meghan has culturally invited all across the globe.

Sweet potatoes, Cauliflower and Green Beans with no meat. I'm gonna have to add some sausage.

I'll have to rewatch on how they made the aromatic soaps and the hand made bread.

I never thought to add directly onto the eye of the stove.

Beautiful to watch them rise.

It is a good episode, to Embrace other cultures. They were easy on each other making cooking easier,fun and relatable. Meghan is so good with her guests, she embrace their prefereces and interests. It is one of my best episode and actually would recommend people to tune in and watch. The problem is the episodes are too shorts.

I didn't know much about the Shettys so didn't know what to expect but they came across as really entertaining guests. I really liked season 1 but season 2 has really raised the bar.

Radhi was such a good tutor and I loved her explaining the background to the dishes they prepared. The food looked delicious. Great job.
