I never expected this movie from Sivakarthikeyan. But he suits well for the role of major Mukund Varadharajan . The writing is good. No unwanted The execution that stands out from other movies. The hard work of director and actors should be appreciated. The choice of actors were decent . Personally I liked the cinematography. The dialogues were simple . The visual speaks more than the words. The standard of movie making is very good The songs were exceptional. Hats off to GV Prakash Kumar . I always loved the lyrics of Yugabharathi. My family members were much happier than me while watching this movie.

Very Good movie based on real events .I can say that the best movie from Mari Selvaraj. No politics like his earlier movies. Only real story with some movie element to make you engaged .The cinematography and music is top notch If you are somewhat familiar with the life in villages, you will definitely love this movie. If you lived your entire life in cities like Chennai you may not connect with this movie. No powerful mainstream hero, duet songs and typical fight scene. You will love the portrayal of lifestyle in southern districts in Tamilnadu in 1980s. The inclusion of movie songs from that era is beautiful. The only concern to me was overloaded emotion.

Please don't rate this film based on way of making a movie. This one is a record of what happened . This should never happen again. Some people may argue that incident happened 30 years before. Yes that is true. But that is not stopped. 99 percentage people will not face this in their life. Only due do this reason many people not aware of it. Unfortunately police department is not reformed after independence. Politicians will not allow police to form a union. The police system is developed by British to control people. Nothing changed after independence. I don't know when this will change.
