So I haven't seen the original in ten plus years but I remembered bits and pieces from the original and I can say that they did a great job doing this remake. To be honest this is actually one of the best Disney remakes in my opinion. The only complaint I have with the film is that there were some parts that felt rushed but overall, I think all the casting was perfect. I loved who they casted as Lilo and Nani the most out of all the casting; they looked just like the original Lilo and Nani in my opinion. I won't get into spoilers but I also liked that there were some bits of the movie that also honored Lilo and Stitch 2 as well. Overall, I give Lilo and Stitch an 8 out of 10. It is one of their better remakes and it is 1 MILLION times better than Snow White that they released a few months ago.
