Attack On Titan demonstrates itself as a judiciously crafted work from the paintbrush of Hajime Isayama. But I'll get straight to the gaping issue, the ending. Whilst most people expected an ending of such immense magnitude, this more eased out ending feels as if Isayama is trying to play it safe by leaving it ambiguous in nature. I personally think such an ending isn't appropriate for attack on Titan but once again I echo the words, 'It is not about the destination but about the Journey.' And what a journey it has been. From the times of Humanity still hiding behind the walls to the Other side of the Sea, the masterpiece that Isayama has forged will forever remain in the gallery of greatness.

A carefully weaven episode that starts of slow at first but this builds the growing tension. And the culmination is quite beautiful to behold. It is an episode without any action but it resounds ideologies, moral and ethical issues that echo 'freedom'.

We get straight in to the action and the animation executed by Mappa is really good. The Op and Ed are both incredible and the narrative of this episode is great.

We get brilliant action sequences and a bit more of an insight of the plan. So hell yeah I'm looking forward to the final season! What a start!
