So i get that gunn was going for a younger superman but i think he went to young, this is a cross between superman and shazzam, its all a bit childish for a global super hero. Dont get me wrong was still a good movie and i did enjoy it with my 8 year old son who also liked it but it just didnt have the superman vibe it almost seemed like it was focused on my sons age group and not to mine, like i said, felt more like shazzam had donned the red and blues and covered for clark in this one. The supes cameo was also entertaining but not quite heroic, superman isnt supposed to be a complete comedy, its an adventure, just not this one.

This is an absolute abomination to the series the story makes no sense the jokes are awful and the plot is chok ful of moronic decisions and bad acting, the huge dinosaurs that weigh several hundred tonnes all seem to have stealth capabilities and make no noise when walking or flying, im guessing colin trevorrow chris pratt bryce howard were to expensive to cast so they chose a cheap and nasty cast that destroyed this thing they call a movie, so glad i didnt pay for this. Selling this should be a crime.
