Episode 9 of Lord of the Mysteries was absolutely phenomenal. The pacing struck the perfect balance between mystery, tension, and payoff, keeping me hooked from start to finish. The atmosphere felt darker and more immersive than ever, really capturing the essence of Cuttlefish's original world. The animation quality was sharp, with every detail-from the character expressions to the eerie setting-pulling me deeper into the story.
What impressed me most was how this episode blended subtle foreshadowing with big reveals, making it both satisfying in the moment and exciting for what's to come. The character interactions were layered, showing growth while still keeping that sense of unpredictability that defines the series.
For me, this was the standout episode so far-a perfect mix of storytelling, visuals, and intrigue. Without a doubt, a solid 10/10.

It's nothing special. I hate how inflated anime episodes are. Do y'all really think this is in par with felina, plan and execution, all those got episodes. Like it's good but other than the animation the episode ain't that special. I've read the manga and when I read it I never saw this part as one of the best but it does get better towards the next arc. I hope the three films can adapt it will. The episode is good talk need to remember that a 5 is average. 7 is a good rating. Nowadays I see multiple people. Using a 7 as average. The episode is good nothing outstanding. The animation was amazing as always but inconsistent as pretty much every episode in the show. I would definitely recommend it and it's probably the best episode this arc.
The episode was so good. Omni man was really special and the development of his character grows bigger now after this episode. I can't wait for the second part of the season. The first part was good. This episode made it even better and it probably is my third favorite episode of the show. I've read the comics and if they do it right I think the next part would be even better than this outstanding episode. I feel like the vultramites doesn't feel as strong in the show as it does in the comics. But it doesn't affect my opinion on the episode. After this episode I start to hate vultramites even more.
