Sorry but since season 1 episode 7 when Rose and Lyta were introduced the whole season went down hill. It was obvious their acting was no where near as experienced or good as any other actor in the show. For Lyta Hall to become an important character is understandable but her acting and accent is extremely distracting, it ruins the whole story. The only explanation for Rose and Lyta's actors being hired, must be that they are related to the director. This season is all the best bits of the comics and every other actor is incredible!

I loved all previous episodes, so jumping into a tiktok shortfilm with horrible acting was interesting. I had to skip majority of the scenes with rose, although it was also every actor in the same scene that were equally as bad. I would have preferred a filler episode around the remake of dream's realm over rose's story. Maybe if she had been introduced before so it wasn't a random plot inserted into the series. If this was a shortfilm I wouldn't have watched it and infact majority of the episode I was cringing at each line. As I stated before, I felt as if I went from watching incredible episodes of The Sandman to a random tiktok shortfilm.

I watch this at least three times each year, I just have to rewatch it. I still don't understand the true journey, I'm sure if I read the books it would help. But you don't need to understand everything to love this movie. It is so wonderfully done and the ending is so beautiful. It makes me feel so happy everytime I watch and a couple tears come out. All the characters are so unique and I love the animation style very much. I wish I started watching this earlier on! The voices fit the characters so well and it makes me feel the exact same as when I watch Spirited Away, I highly suggest that everyone watch this movie at least once!
