I was shocked hearing this movie was made 2 years ago and delayed a theatrical run. I was drawn to this movie cause it had two actors from my favorite cable series euphoria, that being Sydney Sweeney and Eric Dane. It also Paul Walter Hauser and Halsey, I wasn't too familiar with Paul walterHauser, then it dawn on me he was mole man from fantastic four first steps and he was also in the new naked gun movie with liam Nielsen. I knew Halsey was a singer, didn't know that she has branch out into acting, not sure if this is her first big screen role or not. She did an outstanding job in the role, she was playing. Lately I find myself watching more low budget and independent movies, everyone show up to work, the direction, casting, musical soundtrack, production was all on point. Sydney Sweeney is on the verge of becoming a Hollywood alister. Only being small roles here and there, becoming a household name on euphoria, and becoming movie starlet. The show euphoria opened alot doors for alot of its cast members, such Jacob elordi, stormie Reid, barbie fierria, Eric Dane, late Angus mccloud, zendaya etc. I didn't really want give anything away, if you have seen this precious gemstone. I highly recommend seeing this movie.

I went in completely blind, didn't know much about this movie, other than the few trailers I seen at the theater. I was interested in it, cause it was an indy horror movie, and lately indy movies been turning out better storyline than big budget blockbuster. As soon as the started , man this is true crime documentary and I started to lose interest, then I was thinking this was a docudrama. I was oddly invested in this movie by staying watching it to the end. A serial killer named mr.shiny reeked havoc on a city for decades without being caught and 2 homicide detective doing everything in their power to bring justice to these hurting families. As it turns out this movie was shot in a documentary style, but it is a mockumentry. Kudos to the creative team behind this movie.

Weapons exceeded all my expectations and then some. Zach creggers deliver a masterclass in horror done right. Mass disappearance of young kids from one teacher classroom in a small town, a town on edge seeking answers to questions, that can't be answered by the legal system. This movie was downright creepy, scary disturbing, suspenseful, thought provoking, a bit of dark humor to boot, this movie had the hair on the back of my standing on end. This is probably one of the best horror movies, I seen since barbarian, it chapter 1&2, thirteen ghost, ghost ship. I will highly recommend seeing this movie on the big screen, all the actors did an outstanding job.
