It had a bit of a slow introduction setting up his condition in the first 20m, but the moment the action started I could not stop watching for the entire hour and 50m run.
Jack Quaid did an awesome job in their role as Nate. I wanted to watch this since I really liked Hughie in The Boys, but what probably incentivized me was some of the clips from this movie that surfaced on tik-tok.

For me, it took me only 9 hours to get two of the endings in this game. I had a lot of fun with the cat and mouse of hiding from the mimic, and the story of this game was enjoyable to follow.
For at least one or two of the puzzles I had to bring out a pencil and paper ^-^ As for the major lore reveals, they were definitely some interesting surprises and I'm sure I haven't found them all as there are still some collectibles that I've missed.
As for one minor criticism of the game, there were a few mild graphical issues. Levels sometimes took a couple of seconds to load on my PS5, and some windows appeared to be 2d images instead of actual 3d views into a second room.

After watching the movie, I read the short story it was based on by Angela Carter. I think this film adds a lot of depth to the layered stories within stories, which were originally only a few paragraphs long.
Compared to An American Werewolf in London, I really enjoyed this werewolf movie and felt it had more heart and soul. While there were a few moments that felt dated, the transformations were overall very impressive. I also enjoyed analyzing what was happening and deciphering the deeper meanings behind everything.
I would give this movie an 8/10, and one day I have to get around to reading the surrounding text behind the short story since I put a pause on reading The Bloody Chamber in favor of some other books.
