Dumb plot, dumb action, fun movie overall.

Classic assassins kill each other movie.

There are some action sequences that I haven't seen before that keep the action fresh but everyone must be dumb so they can happen. Everyone brings knifes and fists to a gunfight.

The grenades and bombs in this movie are special made to make huge fiery explosions but can only kill when the action must end. Some times they do no damage while exploding next to the characters, other times they dismember people.

I would recommend this movie to people who just want to pass the time with a fun dumb action movie. The plot is dumb and the movie embraces it. I'll be generous and give it a 7 because even though this isn't the best action movie of the year it has some clever action.

Good acting, interesting premise, good special effects (for it's budget) this movie has it all except that it is utterly boring. It's like Free Guy after they sucked every ounce of fun out of it. Cara Gee (the Expanse) couldn't save this movie from being bland but she is definitely a good watching point. The premise is interesting and while we have seen similar premises in Free Guy, Matrix and Inception we have never seen this exact premise in any movie that I know of. It could be a very interesting movie but it failed. I am being generous giving it 5 stars because it was made competently but it is so boring and after you know what is going on then it is just unbearable to watch and the final twist doesn't make up for it even though it's quite clever. This movie is barely watchable once, I would never sit through it a second time.

Not the best time travel movie ever made but it passes the time pleasantly. The characters are interesting (some of them at least), there is internal conflict that gives them some depth, the murder mystery isn't bad and I really wanted to see what will happen. I couldn't predict what the protagonists would do next or who the killer was and this is a good thing. There is also 2000s nostalgia. The time travel mechanics weren't that good but the movie isn't about that. Some of the plot points were a little disappointing too but I'm willing to ignore that. Also there was a very stupid plot point about a certaing thing that was very valuable but guarded poorly that took me out of the movie. In reality there would be droves of security agents and measures. In the end, I would watch the movie again after a long time because I liked the protagonist mostly.
