First, let me do some chest thumping...I love animation, and this is really good at that. I have many animated stories in my vast collection, from Book of Life to Love Death Robots...this is so good, and unique. I haven't enjoyed an MCU effort since forever. I'd rather watch Trippin' The Rift than Acolyte...who wouldn't? I am bingeing Eyes as I post, but I am so far impressed. I don't see Cinema as a contest, rather as a source of wonder. I love when I finish something made by creators that leaves me feeling impressed and happy I was treated to something rare and special. The first LEGO Movie was that way...I kept laughing out loud. Sheer fun and witty script. Eyes of Wakanda give me good vibes, I hope there are more efforts like this.
I hadn't heard of this movie, but I like animation so I went and saw it. Wow! Thar was beautiful. If you saw Ultraman Rising, that is what this reminds me of...
I thoroughly enjoyed this effort. And I loved the girl Yuri and her Mom...rarely do I get an emotional response, but like Bladerunner I felt moved and that is a blessing...to feel is sometimes an unexpected bonus of a few hours entertainment. I have an extensive Animation collection, this effort is a worthy addition.
Watvh the movie Ultraman Rising, watch Warrior King, even Brave and then watch The Legend of Ochi...you'll feel good, and privileged toto have seen good work from creators of alternate realities.

This is almost new to me. I quit watching ST Discovery around the 1 1/2 season mark...too all over the place for me. I have every Trek movie, episodes of every ST series, and love Michelle Yeoh since Crouching, Strike Back, and Babylon AD with Vin...so I am not a die Hard Trekkie, but am very familiar with all things Star Trek.
While I do not find mass murderers cute, the show was ok the first time around. However, the Vulcan representation is so far from Jolene that I did not think much of it...and too many "cute" things...I probably won't watch it again anytime soon. I have over 4,000 movies and hundreds of series in my many year collection: I have seen most more than once...it's not unfun but a poor member of the Trek family.
