The camera work and writing are far above board.
This is a masterclass in macro portraiture and dialog.
Glenn Beck cheapened the film rather than strengthened. This was an unnecessary and distracting cameo. The main reason I find Beck distracting is because he is deeply faithful and conspiratorial, eliminating the plot twist that it is the mainstream media where Nefarious lives.
Beck would never betray his faith to allow a film to use his likeness to betray his own faith and insinuate that he is evil.
I felt like this is what we the viewers were supposed to get from the ending of the film, but I just can't bring myself to believe that Beck would cheapen himself and his faith.
The intro and the ending were mistakes. Beck shouldn't be in this film; however, everything between the first five minutes and the last five minutes is a master class in cinema.
