Admittedly I am a bit biased here as I have lived in Paris and I prefer cats over dogs (Sorry)

But this film is a lovely film to watch and really over looked like Sleeping Beauty as well as The Little Mermaid ( my opinion ) when compared to films like Frozen and Moana because the younger generation (2015+) will not ever get round to watching it earlier in their life. Also what makes it more charming is the animation considering it was made in 1970 as well as the voice acting.

The songs are a great thing to sing along, Admittedly considered a bit racist by today's expectations but still a sweet thing to sing to yourself to when making food or getting ready, ( from personal experience when becoming a teenager ) but that is literally the only reason I am giving this a 9 not a 10,

Like I have said Seriously Underrated when compared by today's films and Charming from Start to Finish.

This film I know will get judged against Batman Mask of the Phantasm but all of these Batman films have been classed as Stand alone films so judge them that way not against each other.

I always thought Mr Freeze as a cold hearted enemy of Batman that was always in The Joker's shadow along with The Penguin and etc... but in this short yes, but great storytelling short film they sure pack a lot in,

But The story great as it was not based around pure action but actually based around I will do anything for you love and the action came second,

Also personally just want to add this in but for someone who watched a lot of cartoons growing up I was thinking for an animation film they really did do a solid job here as well considering this was released in the late 90s.

Some jokes very solid, some jokes just trying too hard,

Not saying this is not a good film but it is a film aimed at a very specific audience, if you like it you will definitely know, There were times I had a solid laugh and there were times when they expected you to laugh and I was just looking at my phone because I just did not find the joke funny at all

I watched this after watching Spaceballs which I thought was a great spoof film which really was a great film with great humour ( you need to see Star Wars first ) but by comparison this just didn't click with me,

Absolutely something to watch with your parents as they will have grown up with spoof films. Next round, The Naked Gun or The Life of Brian.
