First of all, never heard of these events before. The movie blasted that ignorance with incredible cinematography, powerful imagery and realism, and natural acting by the cast. Yes, its in Mandarin language and have to read subtitles, yet the movie draws you in, and is extremely immersive. Its also brutal to reflect the harsh realities, so be prepared. Its definitely a must watch in theatre - the color grading, lighting and sets are just beautiful. This movie exposes human harshness like Schindler's list did. The English title of this film is odd.

Put aside the reviews by know-it-all-but-never-made-a-movie dullards or personal bias, and see the film - You will enjoy the ride! It has action, cinematorgraphy, time-ticking tension and, yes, some cinematic hybperbole... And the epic visuals, heartwarming emotions, and stunning stunts! I have total respect for Tom Cruise's relentless action commitment at age 62, and for the entire team.

Overall, it might not be rated as a top Mission Impossible, because that is subjective, but it will stay equally memorable and spectacular.

A train heist gone wrong -- a thrilling, action-packed film that delivers an intense and gripping experience, non-stop! After 10 minutes of establishing the context of characters, the film grabs your attention and doesn't let go! Some of the action will make you defensively curl in your seat!

The distributors have done near zero marketing, so folks are hardly aware of this film. But, its far superior to the typical, nonsensical Bollywood action where the hero is invincible with excessive slow-mo BS action shots, and thoughtless melodrama.

While the film, with minimal dialogue, creates a narrative that is beliveable and emotinally connects you to the plights of train bandits and passengers... the hard-hitting, brutal action sequences amplify the tension and excitement of the rapidly unfolding events..

Besides Dev Patel's Money Man, this film has the most refreshing autheticity - focused on real human emotions and high-stake situations. Much better than Animal - Scarface clone

This movie deserves far more recognition than it has received. Highly recommended.
