This puke of visual punishment is worse than I had predicted. Way worse! I'm absolutely positive that the first episodes were NOT viewed by Ricky Gervais or Stephen Merchant. If they had been, I doubt this 1st year film school attempt at comedy would never have made the cut for Prime.
After 15 minutes, I had no further desire to keep viewing. There was no setup for the location or the characters and why some of the characters were "interviewed" by someone supposedly doing a documentary. I note that the "developers" of the Australian version are both women, as are the executive producers. The writer is also a woman. Maybe some diversity on the writing and production team may have garnered a better result. Anyway, don't waste you time on the unfunny, vacuous, cliche- ridden effort. Just watch reruns of the American version - or the British original.

Wtf..?? The Daryl Dixon story is gripping and developing, then suddenly we're in the good ol' US of A, where dopey Carol is pretending to be 30 again. Honestly, she has as much charisma as my old high school English teacher. Even then, Carol makes Mrs Mayne a veritable renaissance woman. I was hoping old Carol would be munched on by a gaggle of walkers, ergo the "Book of Carol" would have closed early. Sadly not. She must be the most boring, dull and stupid character ever to appear on TV.
I hope the writers keep the action in France. Croissants and acid blooded walkers at 10 paces. Far more interesting.

This series started out okay and showed promise but the writing and characters are just so punishing that all one wishes for is total annihilation of the complete cast. This vomit inducing episode revolves around the most annoying, cliched bunch of English kids ever put to screen. Kinda like Enid Blyton characters v Aliens. Hugely improbable! One saving grace I guess, was no inclusion in this episode of the horrible mother and her two execrable kids, especially the son. I just want the Aliens to eat them all. In summary, the plot has been lost and honestly, I just don't care anymore for the awful story, hugely irritating characters and finishing whatever is left of this pointless series.
