What The Hell Is This? Who Even Think This Is A Good Movie. It literally just has a guy walking on a street in Harlem N. Y and having 3 men walking behind Axel & lord knows what they are doing in that apartment with other men naked with their genitals exposed or something like that.
The animation looks so cheap and just plain godawful trying to emulate Hanna Barbera (Rip To Those Legends) . Heck even the movie Your Name (Which was released in 2016) looks more beautiful and stunning looking that this gross movie.
Anyway this dumpster fire is so popular due to people making memes about this dudes big buttocks and the song Ballin (which is a decent song to be honest with you.) playing over clips of this garbage.
I give this 1/10 just hideous and cheap looking shlock, cringe and vomit inducing.
