When you need something that is predictable, romantic, funny, and warm, this Kdrama is perfect. I have rewatched this series many times and it makes me laugh and swoon every time.

The male lead's character is written as stoic and shutdown after the childhood pain of becoming the crown prince. Doh Kyung Soo portrayed this as the unemotional foil to the feisty female lead with perfection. He really nailed the physical comedy and I loved his chemistry with the lead. As far as the female lead, I was not a fan of her acting in "Suspicious Minds," but I absolutely adored her character as this drama's strong female lead. She is one of the most gorgeous Korean actresses and I now absolutely love her acting.

The side characters added so much humor and love to the story. A supportive adoptive father, great friends, bad guys that became supportive friends. The show has a great cast.

The OST and scenes are also very romantic. Fellow Exo member, Chen, added the emotive music, and they utilized the classic kdrama fields and cliffs for dramatic effect.

Overall, yes there are all the overused kdrama tropes: amnesia, propagonsia, scheming royalty, lost childhood love. However all of these added to the safe, predictable, storyline that spins a tale between two lovable characters. Truly in my Top 5 kdramas, because sometimes you just want comfort food.

A show that does not take itself too seriously. This show is so warm and fun. It is light on romance but heavy on comedy. Some of the comedy is silly, but it is spot on about the truths of the gym. You start because you are insecure about your body, and you stay with it because you want to stay strong and healthy for yourself. This drama shows many sides of gym goers, and it is also very warm when addressing the many varied personal struggles of gym members.

As a seasoned gym member, I have spent decades around weightlifters, personal trainers, bodybuilders, etc. This show was not only respectful, but very honest. We will forgive them for the cheesy and misinformed poster.

The male lead is in many shows this year and this was my favorite role for him. He was over the top and it just added to his charm. I had no idea he had such a range. The female lead was not my favorite, but she was very good at making me laugh. I also have to comment on the supporting cast. I absolutely adored Lee Mi Do's character. I have seen her in many shows, but this character was awesome. Five stars for her storyline. Similarly, I will not forget "Roy Kim" and his on screen chemistry. The show is totally entertaining, warm, and an easy watch after a stressful day.

After finally finishing this drama, I still rate it 10/10. The show starts out very rocky and it is definitely a slow warm up, but I am ready to instantly rewatch it. I felt all the emotions from these wonderful actors. I was angry, I laughed, I cried, my heart swooned, and I smiled with joy. I looked forward to every episode and it was fun to keep up with all the twists and turns. At the end of the day, I am sad the show ended.

The show won several acting and writing awards from KBS. I started the show, because I absolutely love Kim Jung Hyun and he delivered. As the male lead, he won the Baeksang and "Da Rim and Gang Ju" deservedly won Best Couple Award. Their love story was so immensely beautiful, that it easily outshined so many of the recent kdrama romances. I have replayed their scene on the street during Christmas time, with the Kim Min Seok song, "You Are" playing. Overall, a top notch OST, wonderful creative writing, veteran actors, character development, and a memorable story.
