If it wasn't for Initial D, nobody would lay an eye to the show. The pacing of the story is slow as hell. They rather spend times draw the curve of the angels booty rather than includes racing scene, technical information which car guys would appreciate. Its crazy how lost the show goes to pervert underage thingy, protagonist's finding father quest, Japanese food reviewing, etc. Hello, is this a cooking show? And Almost all the character is boring, most of them have uninteresting car neither talents. All the initial d ingredient is missing, drivers and their car don't have any tricks under their sleeves. I want to like this show, but I just cant.
