The acting and CGI are quite good, though some scenes do look a bit unreal and a bit awkward for some shots, but overall it's quite nice to watch.
I don't quite remember the first two movie, so I can't really compare them to this one. But the flow of the story is alright, with some twist here and there that is quite expected. Though there are some laughs in this one, but I do remember the previous being more fun, with jokes and iconic scenes.
I like how at the start and end it has Easter eggs, connecting to the previous movies. And the small bits of laughs at the end showing what they all do after getting back, which also begs the question. Will there be a fourth movie?
Overall, it's a fun to watch no matter young or old. Though I can't really say what to improve on, I can't say this is the best movie I've ever seen. Hope there's a better Paddington movie in the future.

Personal Preference 0/2
Visuals are good and expected. I don't mind the lions being "not having enough emotions" as it was the main reason the first live action is commonly hated. However, what I find it annoying is the overuse of fade away transition. It's shown for like four times or something where you just have a character there slowly fading away, and it's just so weird when you see it for multiple times.
Story is pretty well written, considering it's a prequel that has like multiple sequels (though unknown to whether is it canon or not in this universe), the movie pretty much connects and foreshadow the future pretty well.
Music is mostly awful in my opinion. I understand that Disney movies tend to have this musical scenes but those musics are as cringe as you can imagine. The first one managed it well for the music, or is it because it's mostly the music used in the original?
Personal preference wise, I really liked Mufasa's voice in the first one, so I was expecting maybe there could at least be a line or two by him or maybe someone to imitate the voice of the king. Disappointed but understandable. Rip James Earl Jones.
