This movie man, At first I thought it was going to be your typical coming of age movie a bit on the older side of childhood not 10 more around 12 or 13 but getting to the point now, I think this is a movie that became a personal cult classic just a very easy movie to watch I found it very immersing and made me yearn for a time period only my grandparents were alive in. Something about this movie connected with me and actually after I'd watched this I'm not sure what part of the movie did but it sent me into a bout of depression for most of my summer holidays (vacation) and I think this is mainly because I'm from the UK and our weather is generally awful so less sunlight means less vitamin D and all that but also in this movie it depicts this what seems to me like a perfect childhood living the dream of back then in America basically Stan had, Both of his parents still together something I don't have, Siblings I only have half siblings that are my mums that I don't see, A suburban community where all the kids are very playful and sociable being a kid in the Information Age is something that keeps me from having a sense of community in my town, Stan also has a secure household that seems to not show any major signs of struggle sure its briefly mentioned about his parents making sure they save as much money as possible but I'm guessing that also had something to do with the Cold War or they were just cheapskates and that but away from all the saltiness of not having a good childhood like that I think this is a great film I liked Jack Blacks voice acting for grown up Stan, the Soundtracks are very good maybe the fact my grandad used to listen to stuff like I'm going up the country and Riders in the Sky contributed to the impact the film had on me, I think Milo Coy showed genuine talent in this film while it's not the most demanding role ever he did quite well a lot of child actors I see under the age of 13-14 are generally quite bad and I'm surprised he's not in other things only other film for him is a short that doesn't have a proper rating yet, but most of all is just the depiction of what life was like in the 60s living in American suburbia and it's good to have this being seen through the eyes of Stan otherwise without that it'd be a documentary but with all that said I would recommend this to everyone out there who can understand the themes I'm seriously surprised and disappointed how this film is never spoke about I wasn't aware of it's existence until like 20 days before I wrote this so yeah all in all its another one of them Netflix hidden gems which is just a fun watch and a General recommendation to anyone out there, cheers Richard Linklater.

Mafia II has one of my favourite stories out there I'll be honest some may find it boring but enough of that the story is a check for the game but the graphics are severely underwhelming compared to the Definitive Edition of the original Mafia also lags for no reason at times when performing in game tasks that are barely graphic intensive another thing about bugs is at the start of one of the missions where you meet in Lincoln Park if Vito is wearing a Suit with a fedora like I was it glitches into his face I don't know if this is just a problem with ps4 and it's better on other platforms but yeah it's good but I'm disappointed in the actual improvement of the graphics.
