Clasificación de Pac-Man-7
I was having a bad weekend. And I wanted a punching bag to reduce my frustration. This is a kind of movie that I watch in such situations. It definitely eased my pain. Now you know why I rate it so high.
I like it when a director doesn't follow the herd and make a movie the way he wants. Winnie the Pooh is one man's fantasy work. It delivered exactly what I expected from it.
It never felt boring. It has perfect length, just below one and a half hour. The casting was perfect. Beautiful British girls. Sweet. Many recent movies failed in this aspect. I'm a fan of 80s slashers. Those movies succeeded because of small things I mentioned above. This movie gave similar vibes to me. The director know his target audience. Unfortunately majority of the viewers disliked it, but I know there are few fun people out there who enjoyed it.
Some critics called it misogynistic and gory, and gave it 1/5. Well, yes, it was gory. Misogynistic? Hell no. You guys need to do better to discredit this movie. I mean, I noted that point when I was reading a review and I specifically looked for it while watching. I did not see it at all. Men and women were equally treated here. The people who said that it has ruined their childhood and was unnecessary, you adult-babies are soft as sponge. You know you are allowed to not watch this if you feel uncomfortable. I didn't watch the live action of Scooby-Doo for similar reason. Some people are living inside a rigid moral fence. Come out of it. It is a "horror" movie. Dark comedy is a thing.
2023 wasn't a great year for horror. This movie saved it from becoming one of the worst years for horror fans. I'm happy there are directors who utilise the opportunities like these.

I get it, people like incomprehensible, stealth movies edited by teenagers, with extremely elastic sound levels and unfunny jokes by the un-funniest characters. When I saw the ratings, I asked myself: Did I watch the same movie as others? Am I a dummy? And am I easily satisfied? This clearly wasn't the case when I re-watched it. It was a really nice movie to watch alone at home. All of the characters were interesting, which is a rare thing in most of the movies these days. The viewer will get the picture of what is going on. It was easy to understand and keeps us guessing for the next move. I don't know why some you think it is a bad thing. Stealth was pretty decent this, can't say that I have seen many movies which are better at being stealthy. No issues at all for me. Another thing I liked was the narration. It was like I'm in characters' mind. It was definitely a highlight of this movie. It is not trying to convince anything to anyone. It is a purely fictional story that some of you, good boys, should keep in mind. Yes, remove that glass of goodness from your eyes. Actors are very good, colours and frames were fine. And not predictable at all.
