Watching this movie I really and I mean really got an idea for how sensationalized the whole based on true story stick is in particularly American Media I can't really speak for anyone else, this movie is unflinching and very disturbing but not in a way that feels exploitative the violence is done off screen it focuses more on the mental and psychological effect of those involved rather than being overly graphic or violent I respect this movie and I feel like it's very underrated For fans of True Crime if you can handle the content I would recommend watching this movie.

As far as war movies go and as far as just movies in general go this is something else entirely the atrocities committed by the Nazis are shown in an unflinching very realistic and visceral manner all without being exploitative or disrespectful the movie is extremely well shot the acting is 100% spot on, this is one of the most powerful movies ever made I would also argue one of the most important as well I wish more people would see this and talk about it cuz it is a truly amazing movie go ahead and watch the movie but be warned.

I was going into this movie expecting it to be more trashy and exploitative, what I actually got I was not at all disappointed, the way the human mind and the human psyche is explored is deep, thought-provoking and interesting the acting was absolutely spot on the cinematography was beautiful, different and interesting, I just wish I could recommend it to more people I can't really because this movie is a lot it's graphic and genuinely one of the most disturbing movies I've ever seen not at all to detract from its quality this is a well-made movie so if you can handle the extreme content I highly recommend it!
