This episode did ALOT of things in its runtime, in a manner which was constantly engaging, and satisfying, such as frenchie revealing who he is to his boyfriend (which i thought might get dragged out, but it wasent). Expanding on homelanders trauma, psychology, and philosophy. Revealing that annie had "annie bortion" (which i think is a better reveal then the beef between her and firecracker when they were kids). Showing kimikos feelings about her past. Showing hughies desperation to save his father. Showing A train and ashleys slight rebelion against vought. Showing Butchers unstable yet motivated actions. And "Deep"-ening Sages character, which i find to be interesting.
I feel like this episode Fixed alot of what people didnt like about the first 3 episodes
however, its hard to tell, because some of the ratings are just from republicans who are just now finding out that the show is making fun of them
