The story manages to balance music and plot very well. The demon hunters' stories are intertwined with the music, which allows the dances and songs to be naturally incorporated without straying from the main theme.
At the same time that this integration feels natural, it is essential that the musical aspect be well executed, given its connection to the film as a whole. For this, motion capture and the involvement of already established K-pop groups work very well: the dances are fluid, the facial expressions are precisely crafted, conveying the characteristic performance of Korean music groups, along with stunning visuals.
The story, however, remains relatively weak, though not bad.
Even so, the positives far outweigh the negatives, especially if you are a K-pop fan.

Blade is a film that does the simple things, but does them extremely well. The character of Blade is fast, strong, and uses his supernatural traits to embark on a mission of extermination against vampires.
Throughout this journey, the unique atmosphere, built on dark techno clubs where blood flows and vampires dive into depravity, provides the perfect setting for Blade to unleash his meticulous violence. Choreographies that showcase his superhuman abilities, distinctive weapons, and Wesley Snipes' performance filled with irony and attitude all stand out.
The downside is that, while Wesley Snipes' charisma and the world-building shine through the setting, the technical limitations and the performances of the other actors involved take away some of the immersion. For those accustomed to trash films or slashers, this will be easier to accept, but it is undeniable how dated the effects here feel.
I eagerly await its return.

The film explores the way of life of people in the rural area, focusing on their relationships and the particularity of the main protagonist: his desire to work with clothing.
It is an intimate exploration of the Brazilian setting and incorporates elements of urban aspects that merge with the arid landscape. Buildings and factories covered in dust create a scenario in which there is little to do beyond merely maintaining the status quo.
The acting and situations are well constructed, and the protagonist's dream raises questions about the lack of opportunities in certain environments and the role of art as a means of liberation.
However, I feel the story lacks development. There is a need for a major event or a deeper exploration of Iremar's dream.
