This show is heavy as hell, and it starts with as easy but when you are not from a medical background like myself included, you know its going to be heavy with medical terminologies, blood, medical procedures that we aren't used to dealing with in our everyday lives, its lets us know that people around us are dealing with so much shit, and not only our day is going bad. THE TENSION, yeah this show makes you feel anxious, even though there is like a medical emergency every 2-3 minutes like any ED would see, but as someone who was borderline educated about this, I feel more respectful towards doctors who work in ED and what they have to go through in these 12-15 hours shifts almost every single day, Its nice it was only based on what goes on with doctors and patients but it focuses on this whole hierarchy of this hospital that even one person in this whole pyramid falls the whole pyramid of ED falls, and everyone working there is so important. I don't know what are your thoughts about this show, but I can tell you after watching it you'll come out and feel more respected towards the doctors and what they actually have to go through to keep up with this system, because if they quit, yeah the world is going to collapse.

Made at much less cost than the original, much funnier and totally unscripted, and the best part it is changing lives of participants as well as judges

You not only watch this show for the sake of participants but the judges aswell and their witty comments on performances.

The panel respects real talent and have fun and mess while equally motivating them who are just also there for some new experiences.

Unlike India's got talent where you see a lot of conventional talents like singing, dancing, magic here you can see talents that are not so conventional but still they are fun like making sounds of different cars.

It's the most perfect thing for me to watch on weekends during lunch.
