2 seasons were absolutely great. All the old Star Trek vibe and everything. A Pleasure to watch. But something major happened with season 3. It's like the creators of the show lost any and all story telling abilities whatsoever. It's completely different. There is just absolutely nothing in it. No philosophical dilemmas, no scifi stories, no more Star Trek... I cannot believe the same people created season 3. This one is more like really bad fan fiction with good actors and visual effects. It must be terrible for the actors though. I cannot even imagine... I've seen they can do their jobs OK in first two seasons, but they are not given the chance in the third one at all. Such a huge disappointment after such a great start. It's unbelievable how bad it got. No Star Trek vibe left at all in season 3. I feel really weird giving it 2 stars, because I would honestly rate season one at least 8, but the third one is just that bad.

Saw the first two episodes and so far I love it. It's made well, all the visuals are awesome, it's nice to look at, acting is good, sound is good, cinematography is good, effects are great, everything seems to be good - it really seems this is a good one. It's not really lough-out-loud funny, but it is plenty funny for my taste - it's pleasant to watch(and listen!) kind of humor and it's also good sci-fi. There is no high-school drama! That's awesome. The characters face challenges from sci-fi environment, not from twisted villains with immature personalities and psychological problems. So many scifi shows fail with that, but it doesn't seem like it's a problem here at all. Good start. It reminds me of Star Trek or Stargate in that sense although it's actually nothing like that in any other aspects(maybe a bit more like Orville and Cowboy Bebop(2021) kind of positive vibe), so I guess for me it feels original, new, modern show with a very healthy mature kind of positive attitude. I read other reviews and sure, it's not too fast and I can see how some people might find it boring, but I think that is 100% personal preference only and for me it's definitely very interesting, thought provoking, funny and most of all a real pleasure to watch. It's sort of interesting feel-good kind of show that is not too heavy or serious, but is true sci fi - just exactly what I want. I truly enjoyed the first episodes a lot. I could really feel how short the episodes were, but in a good way - I definitely want more!
