If I had a superpower... I would want it to be able to give -10/10 rating to this movie. The kind of ...... they are on you would't understand... To start with its just stereoypes South Indians. Well its not like they are showing respect to North Indians either ( the item numbers).

And what's with that coffin and ash submertion in the same funeral. Women objectification in dance numbers by the protagonist....ufff.....just amaaa...zing.

Please someone tell them to stop being cheap knock off of Hollywood, Indin cinema has a rich vibrant story telling aspect to it. So, Please don't destroy that... Please.

It can be considered an excellent documentry on Indian lower middle class life. Though there is constraint in income, there is no love lost for living or enjoying everything as a community.

Based on a small old crowded town in Uttar Pradesh, this film brings out the best in multiple aspects of human relationship. Not only that, this film does justice to one of the core philosophy of Hinduism, i.e how seeking truth for oneself is intertwined with day to day life. I cann't think of anyone better suited other than Sanjay Mishra for the role of the protagonist. In a nutshell this film deserves 100/10 for everything from plot development to acting to storytelling.
