Is this season using the audience as a set of lab rats to see just how much garbage we can tolerate before giving up on a show. Star Trek Discovery was able to find that threshold within 3 seasons and SNW is well on its way to also finding that breaking point. Can we dial up the SiFi and dial down the melodrama?
What a mess this series is. The plot has so many holes and the espionage setup is so ridiculous that it becomes impossible to suspend disbelief. Maybe if this had been a comedy I could go with the plot, but seriously????
If you want to see human drama in a spy series watch how it's done in the series "The Agency". If you want to see lame writing with characters who make stupid and incoherent decisions with absolutely no chemistry and whom you can't invest in, keep watching Black Doves.
To top things off it has Keira Knightley playing the same annoying Keira Knightley you see in all her movies.
This feels like it was written by a mills and boon author who thought Argile was a serious spy movie. Should have been released on Hallmark channel, where I am sure it would find a welcoming audience.
