*Like many, when I saw the original trailer by Bloober Team I was like "this looks rough." Boy was I wrong. I mean I already pre-ordered the game already but still I went in with low expectations.

*This game is one of the greatest horror games I have ever played. It put Silent Hill back on the map (no pun intended). Survival Horror was in a rough place 10 years ago, with the release of RE5-6 being fun action games but there was no horror at all. Silent Hill hasn't had a decently good game since Silent Hill Origins. The whole survival horror genre had gone stale and old.

*This game is simply amazing, the graphics on PC MAX is absolutely stunning. The environments are some of the best I have ever seen, and Jame's face looks pretty photorealistic too. Unfortunately the female faces look kinda bad and scary.

*Anyways, this game has a great intro, and the final half of this game is nonstop edge of your seat thrills. I mean, I was completely glued to my screen from the mid way point when the story really started to take off.

*Pyramid Head is great, the characters have more cutscenes to flesh out the plot, and all of the boss fights are way way better than the original. The highlight is the Eddie boss fight, which is now this psychological "cat and mouse" battle.

-The only few negatives I have is that the female faces look pretty fugly, some of the classic scenes worked better with the original voice acting, and the last two stages were ridiculously dark, to the point where I was getting tired eyes from looking at all that darkness.

This movie has everything, horror, great acting, an awesome nail-biting final 30 minutes. I love how it just intensifies and builds up to the final act when the Jews finally start secretly hunting and killing the Nazi officers before the grand escape.

For a "TV Movie" it could had and should had been released theatrically, but even then, the production is great. I know it deals with the holocaust and for a TV production it is quite dark and even violent. You get to see some pretty messed up stuff in this film.

Anyways, great acting, great final 30 minutes, and overall probably should had been up there with Schindler's List. Two different movies I know but this movie is just as great as Schindler's List.
