As a movie, It kept me watching and I was intrigued to what would happen next. I felt like I was able to understand who was who and their place within the story quite easily and the overall visuals and jokes were great.

But this isn't just a Movie, this is a sequel to a great and very loved film series. Which I loved both the previous movies, however this didn't feel like the other movies. Which is when I would say that it'd be better off as its own thing. Moving away from the two previous movies. There were times it felt like it was throwing in random scenes. It's clear that there is a limit that the previous two movies had already passed. So it just kinda was clinging on to the franchise for the name. I liked the movie, but not as a part of the 28 franchise.

I couldn't even finish this movie it's so unbearable, the lighting was all off (characters are underexposured and backgrounds are over exposed, camera quality was horrible, honestly the quality would've been better if they filmed it on an Iphone 6. They used smoke machines to disguise the mess. Not even a worthwhile watch, it's just a bad bad movie. The only notable thing I can say is there is often thought out framing. A lot of talking and limited action. They would've been better off making a different film genre with what must be an okay do-able budget. Though the budget isn't nearly enough to make a movie of this ambition any good.
