Man, this movie was a total letdown. The summary made it sound like it was gonna be somethin EPIC, like "a time of chaos all mankind never seen before" or something, but nah, it's just a bunch of short YouTube horror videos mashed together into a "movie". Like, if they just said that in the summary, I wouldn't even care, but they hyped it up so much I feel scammed. First few plot twists were kinda okay, but the ending? Trash. The stories don't even connect. It's like they tried but failed HARD-barely anyone crosses over, and it's not even meaningful. It is exaggerated to say they are connected. It would be more correct to say a few people from the stories of other people appear as "cameos" in other people's stories. Ain't never watching again. I don't even remember the first stories cuz the whole thing is so forgettable. 0/10 if I could, never watchin this again. I luv horror movies, but this ain't it.

Okay, so I've been binge-watching horror movies all Halloween, and I gotta say-Incantation blew my mind! I haven't been able to get this movie out of my head since I saw it. I'm usually that "brave guy" who doesn't scare easy. I don't believe in ghosts, and I never really feel horrified, though I've jumped a few times here and there. But this one? DIFFERENT. The chills were real with this film. No cheap scares, just pure, slow-building horror that sneaks up and sticks with you.

I also just watched The Substance (2024), which, honestly, has to be one of the best horror movies too, but Incantation took it further for me. The fact that it only has a 6-something rating on IMDb is kinda mind-blowing. If you ask me, it deserves at least a solid 7.5!
