This series takes everything we love about Daryl-his survival instincts, loyalty, and heart-and throws him into an entirely new world in France. The setting adds a fresh, eerie atmosphere, with hauntingly beautiful landscapes and intense action.
Norman Reedus absolutely shines, bringing even more depth to Daryl's character. His interactions with the new cast, especially Isabelle and Laurent, add emotional weight to the story. The show keeps the TWD spirit alive while feeling fresh and unpredictable. The action is top-notch, the story is gripping, and the French undead are terrifying in a whole new way.
Season 2 can't come soon enough, and I'm beyond excited for Season 3! Norman Reedus continues to prove why Daryl is one of the best characters in The Walking Dead universe. This show is everything I hoped for and more!
