After the film was done I said "there were more negatives than positives". There are some positives though, the story itself is a positive but it wasn't structured properly, the going back and forth from past to present was very tedious. I thought the acting was good but not great, Zendaya's character wasn't meant for her, she didn't fulfill that role the best, and I would say of the 3 main characters she was the worst of the 3. I didn't feel there was a true protagonist, the 3 main characters are so unlikeable and there is nobody to cheer for here, also no supporting cast at all which wasn't ideal. It's one of the most awkward movies I've seen and I'm not a fan of that. And a pet peeve I have with films is when they are not only long but feel long, this movie drags, it's just over 2 hours and it feels like 3. The overhype for this is truly real. The ending happens and I was just like yeah that sums up the quality of this one. A lot of potential with this but it missed the mark for me.
