I thought this was so sweet and funny.
Every now and then, when Kurosawa would get a little bit spicy with his thoughts, Adachi would freak out and I found that so entertaining.
Kurosawa has the patience of a saint and is so kind, so it's cute to see his positivity rub off on Adachi as they get to know each other, even while it's just as friends.
And it's a good premise for character development, being able to have your own low self-esteem internal dialogue be replaced by thoughts of someone who truly only ever thinks nice things about you. It's true that how you talk to yourself changes who you are, so it was sweet that Kurosawa was Adachi's positive internal voice when he needed it and that made him fall in love in return.

I thought the story was cute, but the voice actor (English version) of the tall redhead was such a bizarre choice imo. In the first episode I didn't really notice, but after a while I realised he was doing a strange sort of false-cutesy voice and has a lisp/impediment? Which stopped him sounding confident and cool to me, and it started sounding like an awkward high school pokemon-card-trading guy who doesn't know how to interact with people normally.
It actually kinda ruined the show for me, I felt uncomfortable listening to that kind of voice because it was just a throw back to interacting with very timid, insecure boys who can't help but act different around you. I even googled the actor to try to resolve the sound/face and it didn't help at all because he doesn't look like he would talk like that normally. It was really strange for me. His voice didn't match his behaviour.

The animation style for this show made it unwatchable for me. I couldn't finish the first episode .
It felt like I was watching a scene from an old Bratz PS2 game or something? It's SO bad and I genuinely don't understand why, or HOW, it got released.
The bizarre video game movements aren't just weird, but way the character's heads or whatever move vs the background at some points actually made me feel uneasy, like dizzy almost.
Truly horrible. I don't know why they ever thought this was a good idea. And the music? It fits the aesthetics, unfortunately. Even the really old Super Friends/Scooby Doo style where people float across the floor and talk like they're in an infomercial is more watchable than this.
