After closely following said series, it was readily apparent that Pratishod (2025) is not deserving of a perfect rating. Whether that be due to the incosistent cinematographic distance throughout, or the storyline redundancies (take your pick), this is a clear, definitive verdict.
What else can I really say? The budget seems merely, superficially adequate. Upon closer inspection, some lack of grit is quite apparent. Among the abundance of more than surface level flaws, does reside some positivity. The ability to make use of a cast of such a size, is commendable. Nevertheless, this should clearly be seen as not enough to bolster said rating higher than what I have deemed fit.
