I don't know what it is with frieren.
However every episode has some sort of emotional subject. I've been on the brink of tears for quite a few episodes, but this one hit home.
And quite unexpected too, it's a nice twist in the overdone dramatic backstory that we have all seen.
I loved it and will be recommending this show to a lot of people.
There is just something so fresh about this show, the music and art style are amazing. The storyline is something I always wanted to see whenever they beat a boss in an anime.
Like what happens after, do they still go on adventures etc.?
